RAWO is advancing animal welfare among livestock farmers in Rwanda, including cattle, pig, and poultry farmers by promoting humane livestock farming that are promoting the well-beings of animals and promote the  sustainable  and ethical farming  practices guided by the Five Freedoms of animals. We collaborate with the Rwandan government to advocate for humane animal transportation and animal welfare guidelines and policies that prioritize the humane treatment of farm animals. Through this initiative, our goal is to fight against animal cruelty, promoting public health, combat Antimicrobial Resistance and foster environmental conservation.
