Rwanda Animal Welfare Organization (RAWO), in collaboration with the Rwanda Pig Farmers Association (RPFA) raised awareness and trained key representatives of pig farmers

Raising Awareness and Train the Key Representative of Pig farmers on improving pig welfare and productions.

The training held in Gicumbi District at Vision Agribusiness Farm .

The trainees learned the five freedoms of animals, proper housing, feeding, common diseases affecting pigs, diseases prevention, biosecurity measures, record keeping and importance of Animal insurance.
